Are you ready for the NEW legislative changes for chemicals?

Chemical Legislation Changes As a responsible supplier Dejex Supplies is informing its customers of upcoming legislative changes to Classification, Labelling and Packaging of chemicals and chemical mixtures. The changes concerned are under European Regulation(EC) No1271/2008 on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures which takes noticeable effect from the 1^st December 2010.

You may notice changes to some of our on-product labelling with new pictograms. Customers who use significant quantities of chemicals may want to consider;

- Staff training to prevent accidents and incidents.

- The possible impact on COSHH and any current Risk Assessments.
